When Shuster says rebuilt, we mean rebuilt – not refurbished or just returned to a serviceable condition. First, our factory assemblers take a used Shuster wire straightening and cutting machine and remove all sub-assemblies off its welded steel base; then, they clean/de-grease the base, verify integrity of welds/weldments, disassemble all sub-assemblies and replace parts (as needed), install new variable speed electrics with controls, new Baldor motors, replace/repair guards and run out/extension (as needed), new guide-bar and cover, and refinish.

When our rebuilt machines leave our factory for the second time they are “like new” and ready for years of productive service.
